Terms of Service

The Legal AI platform (lawyerai.online) provides AI-assisted legal defense services. The service includes: • AI-powered case analysis • Automatic retrieval of relevant Greek legislation • Draft defense argument generation • Export to Word (.docx) format • Personal data (PII) anonymization via Google Cloud DLP

To use the service, you must: • Be a licensed lawyer registered with a Greek Bar Association • Be at least 16 years old (GDPR requirement) • Provide accurate registration details, including your Bar Association ID (AM) • Accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy

You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials • All activities that occur through your account • Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access Account sharing is not permitted. Firm accounts allow shared billing among members.

The service is intended exclusively for professional legal use. You may not: • Use the service for illegal purposes • Resell or redistribute the service • Attempt to bypass security or anonymization measures • Use automated access (scraping, bots) without written permission • Submit content that infringes on third-party rights

• The service operates on a credit system • Credits are purchased via Stripe and are non-refundable • Each case analysis deducts credits based on usage • Promotional codes may be offered from time to time • Prices may change with 30 days' prior notice • Firm accounts share a common credit pool

• Case text you submit remains yours • AI-generated defense arguments are licensed to you for professional legal use • The platform, code, AI models, and legislation database remain the property of Legal AI • Reproduction or reverse engineering of the platform is not permitted

IMPORTANT: AI output does NOT constitute legal advice. • Generated arguments are drafts that require professional evaluation • AI may produce inaccurate or incomplete results • The lawyer bears full responsibility for the final use of any output • Legal AI is not liable for decisions based on AI output • Legislation retrieval is based on Official Gazette publications but does not guarantee completeness

To the maximum extent permitted by law: • Legal AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Our total liability does not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation • We are not liable for service interruption due to force majeure

These Terms are governed by Greek Law. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. We will notify you 30 days before material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

• You can delete your account at any time via Settings → "Delete Account" • We may suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these Terms • Unused credits are not refunded upon termination
